At Garden State Pet Center, we want you and your pet to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or odor to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the pet apparel or accessories you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the items and place them back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and brand tags are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items for wear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
